POOLE COUNCIL Boundary Road Closure - Boundary Roundabout Improvement Scheme TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT & WHERE:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT & WHERE:

? Boundary Road for its entire length: closed to all vehicles and no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time



? No waiting at any time and no loading/ unloading at any time on the westbound and eastbound traffic diversion routes (detailed below] as and when deemed necessary to facilitate the safe passage of traffic



? Gillet Road: closed to all vehicles at Boundary Roundabout



WHY: Boundary Roundabout Improvement

Scheme works by BCP Council

WHEN: 22/06/20 until 01/09/20

ACCESS: Full emergency services access will

be maintained, access to properties will remain

depending on site safety.

DIVERSION ROUTES:

? Westbound traffic: via Wallisdown Rd, Kinson Rd and Columbia Rd



?Eastbound traffic: via Talbot Ave, Wimborne Rd and Ensbury Park Rd VIEW AT:

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
