NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 16th June 2020 by MGH Hospitality Limited for the premises: MGH, 219 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1JZ. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: Sale of Alcohol by Retail & Regulated Entertainment: 08:00-02:00 Sun-Wed; 08:00-03:00 Thurs-Sat. Late Night Refreshment 23:00-02:00 Sun-Wed; 23:00-03:00 Thurs-Sat. A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at: http://riaproxy.bournemouth.gov.uk/registers/ApplicationRegister or at the council offices: Licensing Team, Communities, BCP Council, Town Hall Annex, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6D. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Team, Communities, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk by 14th July 2020. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum sentence for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is an unlimited fine.
