Erect a stud wall to the first floor party wall (Number 3) in the

existing bathroom.

Replace rotted carpet, chipboard and linolium tiles on damp screed, on the ground floor in the existing kitchen and bedroom with wood effect laminate flooring. Replace existing substandard guttering and downpipe on the rear extension wall with a new soakaway in the garden and new guttering and downpipe.

Rewire the entire ground floor and first floor, including a replacement consumer unit.
