ENVIRONMENT AGENCY Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the
Water Act 2003) Notice of application for a full licence to abstract
(take) water T W Salmon has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application,
in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act
1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction
and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from
the Tenpenny Brook at Little Bromley, Essex at National Grid
Reference TM 08636 27394.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
* 35,000 cubic metres a year ? 1,296 cubic metres a day
* 54 cubic metres an hour ? At an instantaneous rate not exceeding 15 litres per second ? between 1 November and 31 March inclusive in each year.
The water will be used to fill a reservoir for subsequent spray irrigation purposes.
