The County of Dorset (Leigh Road/ Wimborne Road West, Wimborne) (revoke 40mph Speed Limit) (No.6) Order 2020
Dorset Council has revoked an Order under relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into operation on 18th January 2021 the effect of the order will be to:
- Revoke the existing 40 mph limit along Leigh Road/Wimborne Road West, Wimborne. 
- Introduce a 30mph limit along Leigh Road/Wimborne Road West, Wimborne by virtue of streetlighting.
Full details of this Order are contained in the Made Order which, together with plans showing the lengths of roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order can be viewed. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose Dated: 7 January 2021.
