BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (CONTROL OF ON-STREET PARKING) (No. 1) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under
Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are:-
1. To introduce the new restrictions as detailed in Schedules 1 to 5;

2. To revoke the restrictions as detailed in Schedule 6 to 7.

All of the remaining waiting restrictions, loading/unloading restrictions, stopping restrictions and dis­abled parking spaces within the Borough of Bracknell Forest will remain unchanged and will be con­solidated into this new Order.
The Order was made on the 22nd day of February 2021 and will come into operation on the 1st day of March 2021.
Orders to be Consolidated into this Order and revoked:
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Control of On-Street Parking) (No.1) Order 2019 will be consolidat­ed into this Order and revoked in its entirety.
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Disabled Parking Spaces) (Phase 1) Order 2020 will be consolidat­ed into this Order and revoked in its entirety.
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Various Roads, Bracknell, Sandhurst & Winkfield) (Prohibition of
Waiting) Order 2020 will be consolidated into this Order and revoked in its entirety.
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (B3022 North Street & Crouch Lane, Winkfield) (Prohibition of
Waiting) Order 2020 will be consolidated into this Order and revoked in its entirety.
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (South Hill Crescent & Redvers Road, Bracknell) (Temporary
Disabled Parking Bays) Order 2020 will be consolidated into this Order and revoked in its entirety.

Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 24th day of February 2021, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
