ROAD) (PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) ORDER 20** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of order 1, due to the creation of a new access road adjacent to 'North Lodge' on the A4095 Witney to Woodstock road In North Leigh Is to extend the existing 40mph speed limit south-westwards for 95 metres, replacing the current 50mph speed limit by the same amount.
The effect of order 2 is to introduce a 'No Entry' prohibition to the new road adjacent to 'North Lodge' for traffic travelling on the A4095 from either direction, the new access road will allow for exit only onto the A4095. The Oxfordshire County Council (Witney Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2020 will be revoked/replaced. Documents giving more details of the proposals are available for public inspection online by visiting:

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Bladon, Church Street Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 29 March 2021 Coming into force: 7 April 2021 This Order is being introduced because of fibre optic cable installation which is anticipated to be completed on 16 April 2021. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit vehicles proceeding in Church Street between its junctions with Lamb Lane and The Green. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via The Green, Park Street, Lamb Lane and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.
