NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND
STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council Ewelme Footpath No. 32 (part) and Brightwell Baldwin Footpath No.2 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2021 The Order, made on 28th June 2021, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 447m of Ewelme Fp 32 running from OS Grid Ref SU 6417 9489, north-north-westwards past Whltehouse Farm to SU 6398 9533 and 131 m of Brightwell Baldwin Fp No 2 running east-north-eastwards from SU 6398 9533 to SU 6406 9538 to a new line running from OS Grid Reference SU 6417 9489 east-north-eastwards for 122m to the access drive to Whltehouse Lodge at SU 6428 9493, eastwards for 28m along the drive to SU 6431 9493 and then north-north-westwards for 515m to SU 6406 9538 where It re-joins the existing length of Brightwell Baldwin Fp 2 as shown on the Order map. It Is not possible to view the Notice and Order at local council offices as they are temporarily closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be:

not later than 6th August 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
