(TRUCK MUSIC FESTIVAL, STEVENTON] (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021 Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Steventon area Date of Order: 12 July 2021 Coming into force: 22 July 2021 This Order is being introduced on the grounds of public safety associated with the Steventon Truck and Music Festival organised by Will Holdoway, 241 Southwark Bridge Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 6FP, email
and the traffic measures will be in place variously between 10am on 22 July and 8pm on 26 July with the following effects:
a) Featherbed Lane Entire length, Road Closure from junction of A417 Reading Road to junction of Abingdon Road - Road Closure 10am 22nd to 8pm 26/07/21;
b) Church Lane & The Causeway from junction at South West end of Church Lane (unnamed road) to junction of Saint Michaels Way - Road Closure 10am 22nd to 4pm 26/07/21;
c) Stocks Lane Entire Length, from junction with the Causeway to junction with Castle Street - Road Closure 10am 22nd to 4pm 26/07/21;
d) The Causeway & St Michaels Way One-way Traffic -From junction of High Street & The Causeway south-westwards to the junction of Stocks Lane and northwards on St. Michaels Way to Hanney Road 10am 22nd to 4pm 26/07/21;
e) Abingdon Road - From junction of High Street to south of the Pack Horse Inn PH Speed reduction 60 to 40mph
10am 22nd to 4pm 26/07/21
f) There will be Stop/Go board control as required at Abingdon Road junction with Featherbed lane, Rowstock roundabout, Abingdon Road junction Featherbed Lane and at the event gates.
The alternative route for traffic wishing to avoid the event is via the A417 and A338 or A417 and A4130. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included emergency services and for access. This Order will remain in force for the duration of the traffic arrangements associated with the event. (Ref.MS)
