Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that The Harwell Science and Innovation Campus Limited Partnership has applied Vale of White Hours Council on 28/07/2021 for a new premises licence for Harwell Campus "DISH" Food Court Market. Land to the South of Curie Avenue, Harwell Campus Didcot OX11 0QG
The proposed application is to permit the provision of film and sale by retail of Food and Beverage Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 22:00, Sunday 08:00 to 21:00 on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 24/08/2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Unit 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park Milton, Abingdon Oxfordshire OX14 4SB

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited amount.
