Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence Notice is given that Tiki Bar Ltd has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Name of Premises: Splinters Restaurant Address: 11 Church Street, Christchurch, BH23 1BW. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 14th day of September 2021: 1. Addition of live and recorded music Sunday to Thursday 12:00-00:30 and Friday and Saturday 12:00-01:30 2. Increase hours for Late Night Refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00-1:30 3. Supply of Alcohol increase hours to Sunday Thursday 10:00-00:30, Friday & Saturday 10:00-01:30 and Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day 12:00-01:30 4. New Years Eve 10:00 to commencement of business on 1st January for all licensable activities. 5.
