ENVIRONMENT AGENCY Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) Notice of application to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water Philip Martin Dunne has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application

in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources

Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources

(Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number

18/54/09/0208 which authorises the abstraction of water

from an un-named tributary of Allcock's Brook at GaUey Park,

Leominster at National Grid Reference SO 43992 67564.

The variation applied for is: An increase to the annual and

daily quantities.

Quantities will be varied from:

? 30,000 to 37,960 cubic metres per year ? 85 to 104

cubic metres per day
