NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire North Leigh Restricted Byway No. 18 Modification Order 2021
The above Order made on the 15 November 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-
Upgrading the Footpath to a Restricted Byway from the northern boundary of the A4095 at grid reference SP 3988 1328 (point A on the Order Plan), running in a north-northeasterly direction along the western boundary of North Leigh Common for approximately 256 metres to SP 3994 1353 (point B on the Order Plan) where It meets Boddington Lane.

Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Countryside Records, Oxfordshire County Council, Ground Floor, County Hall, Oxford 0X1 1ND, or countrysiderecords@
not later than 21 January 2022 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. The notice period has been extended from 42 to 56 days to allow for the Christmas period. If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
