P21/S3778/HH Erection of a bespoke traditional (aluminium framel 3/4 span Green House against the side of dwelling. Summerlea Cottage Pocock Lane North Stoke 0X10 BET (CA) P21/S4983/FUL Alteration to church yard including renewing external lighting, paving of existing dirt path, rebuilding of churchyard steps to north and new paved area with stone seat (garden of remembrance). Church of St Michael and All Angels High Street Clifton Hampden 0X14 3EE (CA) P21/S4993/RM Reserved Matters Approval for erection of 78 homes, associated open space, edge road and other infrastructure. Approval is sought for the appearance, scale, layout and landscaping. Approval is also sought for details required by conditions attached to the outline planning permission. Land west of Hale Road Benson (MD) P21/S5063/LB Application seeks amendment to partially implemented (Approved planning application (Ref: P14/S3838/LB): revised design scheme to 'Coach House' only.

- Retain existing first floor of coach house, previously consented for removal; now form a new bedroom with small ensuite.



- Retain new timber stairs at ground level coach house in location of existing stairs rather than create new staircase opening, as already approved.



- Roof tiles replaced to match cottage; 7 No. Conservation rooflights on rear slope only



- Extend to rear with slight revised internal layout. Omit 'Garden Room' doors to be retained to preserve appearance, bedroom with ensuite, living space with new f replace, utility, WC and store.



- Utilise 2No. salvaged windows (if possible) 2No. new sets windows to match, new rear door, as similarly approved. Amendment to P13/S3365/LB P14/S3838/LB Conditions(s) Condition 2: That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, 12-09/P06 RevA, 12-09/PL14 and 12-09/PL10, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
