CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACTS APPLICATIONS THAT REQUIRE STATUTORY ADVERTISEMENT 21/04066/F - Hardwick With Tusmorc - Manor Farm Hcthc Road Hardwick 0X27 8SS - Grade 2* Listed Farmhouse -Repairs and internal alterations (refer to Design and Access Statement for full details.). Grade 2 Listed Barn - Creation of a bat loft in a section of the roof space and to carry out essential structural repairs to the roof timbers and brick piers supporting the roof, as well as replacing the asbestos roof sheeting with Tudor double lap clay tiles and replacing the guttering and downpipes. Repairs will also be carried out to the barn doors. Work to the concrete structure is to replace the sheeting containing asbestos and to rebuild the infill walls in stone and timber cladding. Block work Hoggery to be replaced with a stone built single storey one bed unit and the adjacent outbuilding refurbished with alterations to the roof and repairs to internal timber beam.- Mssrs P Burke & Tde Vargas Machuca.
