CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL PLANNING POLICY CONSULTATION 26 January 2022 to 8 March 2022 Local Plan Partial Review Draft Development Briefs for: Site PR6a: Land East of Oxford Road, Site PR6b: Land West of Oxford Road & Site PR7a: Land South East of Kidlington The Council has published the above draft Development Briers for public consultation.

The Local Plan Partial Review was adopted in September 2020 and requires the preparation of development briefs to help us secure well-planned, high-quality development on each of the Plan's allocated sites. The draft briefs need to accord with the adopted planning policies and provide further detail on the design and layout proposals for these sites. Once approved, the briefs will be key considerations to any future planning applications brought forward on these allocated sites.
