FEES FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE LICENCES AND FOR PRIVATE HIRE OPERATOR'S LICENCES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Malvern Hills District Council proposes to vary the level of fees for the licences referred to above, with effect from 1 st April 2022 The proposed level of fees are:

Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence

(new and renewal) £285.00



Private Hire Vehicle Licence

(new and renewal) £285.00



[The above fees will be be waived in respect of applications to licence vehicles that do not have an internal combustion engine and are powered entirely by batteries charged by electricity.]

Private Hire Operator's Licence

(3 year licence) £461.00



Private Hire Operator's Licence

(5 year licence) £730.00



Any objections to the proposed variations must be received by the Licensing Manager at the address set out below by 31th March 2022. A copy of this Notice has been deposited at the Customer Contact Centre, Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3AF.
