I give notice that Firethorn Developments Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 6 May 2021 for planning permission for "Outline planning application for up to 530 residential dwellings (within Use Class C3), open space provision, access, drainage and all associated works and operations including but not limited to demolition, earthworks, and engineering operations, with the details of appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale reserved for later determination" at the above referenced site, and further information has been provided in relation to an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

Alternatively, the application may be inspected via a terminal at Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am and 5.15pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by prior appointment from Firethorn Developments Ltd. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.
