NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHERE & WHAT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHERE & WHAT:
* Fairmile Road - road closed between the junctions of Clarendon Road and Stour Road - no parking, no waiting, no loading/unloading at any time will be permitted. Footway on the road bridge will remain open

WHEN:
* 11.30pm on Saturday 9 July to approx. 7am on Sunday 10 July 2022

* 11.30pm on Monday 8 August to approx. 5am on Tuesday 9 August 2022

* 11.30pm on Tuesday 9 August to approx. 5am on Wednesday 10 August 2022

* 11.30pm on Wednesday 10 August to approx. 5am on Thursday 11 August

WHY: For health and safety while scaffolding works are undertaken to
the Fairmile Road Footbridge on behalf of RW Rail ACCESS: Full Emergency access will be maintained subject to no crane lift being in progress at that time. DIVERSION: via Portfield Road, A35 Barrack Road, Stour Road. WHERE & WHAT:
* Fairmile Road Footbridge will be closed to all pedestrians

* Footway on the road bridge will remain open WHEN: from 11.30pm on Saturday 9 July until Friday 16 September 2022

WHY: to facilitate painting, deck replacement and repairs of the Fairmile Footbridge PEDESTRIAN DIVERSION: via the footway on the road bridge

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
