Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, Section 14 As Amended And The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Stanley Road, Thornton Heath Temporary Restriction Of Parking

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate cable installation works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Stanley Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, rolling parking suspensions and temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating 'at any time' will be introduced in Stanley Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 27 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 04 July 2022. However, the

Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced if further works are required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, Section 14 As Amended And The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Torridge Road, Thornton Heath Temporary Restriction Of Traffic

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate network valve location works on behalf of Thames Water they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Torridge Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Torridge Road will be closed at its junction with Bensham Lane.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for traffic will be via Bensham Lane and Torridge Road and reversed, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 29 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within eight days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water service connection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic and parking in Mulgrave Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Mulgrave Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between a point 1.2 metres west of the common boundary of Nos. 15 and 17 Mulgrave Road and the common boundary of Nos. 17 and 19 Mulgrave Road.

b) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time outside Nos. 11 to 21 and Nos. 12 to 16 Mulgrave Road.

c) The northern footway of Mulgrave Road will be closed outside No. 17 Mulgrave Road.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted vehicular traffic will be via Chatsworth Road, Coombe Road, Park Lane, Mulgrave Road and vice versa, or via Park Lane, Woodstock Road, Chatsworth Road, Mulgrave Road and vice versa. Pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway via walkway ramps.

4. The Order will come into operation on 11 July 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.

(b) any vehicle being used to carry out the said works.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 16a As Amended By The Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1994 Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order Play Street Closures - Havelock Road & Mulberry Lane Croydon

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that they intend to make a Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to close Havelock Road and Mulberry Lane, Croydon, to vehicular traffic at the times and on the dates specified in the Schedule to this notice, to facilitate a play street.

2. During the dates and times specified in the Schedule to this Notice:

a) Havelock Road will be closed between its junction with Addiscombe Road and the common boundary of Nos. 31 and 33 Havelock Road.

b) Mulberry Lane will be closed at its junction with Outram Road.

3. During the closure the alternative routes for traffic will be via Addiscombe Road, Outram Road, Lower Addiscombe Road, Havelock Road and reversed, or via Addiscombe Road, Elgin Road, Lower Addiscombe Road and Havelock Road and reversed.

4. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from, such a road.

5. Nothing in the Order shall apply:

a) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform.

b) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the order applies.

6. The Order will come into effect on 16 July 2022, during the times shown in the Schedule to this notice and will be reintroduced on the dates and at the times shown in that Schedule.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main connection works they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Glebe Hyrst and Shaw Crescent.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Glebe Hyrst will be closed to vehicles between its junction with Glebe Way and the common boundary of Nos. 42 and 44 Glebe Hyrst;

b) Shaw Crescent will be closed to vehicles between its junction with Glebe Hyrst and the southern wall of No. 39 Glebe Hyrst;

c) Parking within the above sections of road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time.

3. Whilst the closures are in force, the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below. Access will be maintained for emergency services.

? Via Glebe Way, Glebe Hyrst, Rectory Park, Sanderstead Hill, Purley Downs Road, North Down and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 11 July 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 29 July 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to replace a decayed pole on behalf of BT Openreach, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Stretton Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Stretton Road will be closed between its junction with Leicester Road/Exeter Road and the common boundary of Nos. 10 and 12 Stretton Road.

3. During the closure, the alternative routes for traffic will be via Leicester Road, Morland Avenue, Vincent Road, Stretton Road and vice versa, or via Exeter Road, Dartnell Road and Rymer Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 11 July 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms ducting works they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily close a length of South Norwood Hill.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place the slip road on the south-west side of South Norwood Hill will be closed in two phases between the north-western boundary of No. 277 and the north-western boundary of No. 285 South Norwood Hill.

3. Whilst the closures are in force the diversion routes for traffic will be via Spa Close and South Norwood Hill and South Norwood Hill slip road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) Any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) Any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Broomhall Road will be closed at its junction with Sanderstead Road.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Glossop Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

5. The Order will come into operation on 11 July 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 05 August 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs
