NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that following a request from the Planning Inspectorate dated 27th March 2017, further information hasbeen submittedin relation toan Environmental Statement which has already been provided concerning the above planning appeal. The further information includes an amended Environmental Statement, including
? an updated description of the physical charactoristics of the whole development,
? an updated estimate, by type and quantity, of expected residues and emissions resulting from the operation of the proposed development;
? an updated description of the aspects of the environment likely to be significantly affected by the development.
? an updated description of the likely significant effects of the development on the environment and the description by the appellant of the forecasting methods used to assess the effects on the environment.
? an updated description of the measures envisaged to prevent, reduce and where possible offset any significant adverse effects on the environment.
? A revised Non Technical Summary of the information provided.
