NOTICE UNDER PART 5 (20) TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ON LAND AT
CRAB HILL, WANTAGE, OXFORDSHIRE
St Modwen Developments and the Bare Trustees on behalf of the Crab Hill Partnership has applied to the Vale of White Horse District Council (135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4SB) for planning permission to vary conditions 1, 24, 33 and 52 of permission ref. P13/V1764/O at Land at Crab Hill, Wantage. The aforementioned planning application was submitted on 10th March 2017 and has been given application ref. P17/V0652/FUL. An updated Environment Statement has been submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council. Members of the public may inspect copies of the Environmental Statement at the Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4SB during reasonable office hours operated by the Council or on the Council's website www.southoxon.gov.uk using the ref P17/V0652/FUL until 4th August 2017. Anyone wishing to make representations regarding the application should do so in writing to Stuart Walker at the above address until 4th August 2017.
Members of the public can obtain a copyof the Environmental Statement by writing to Mrs N Brock at Carter Jonas, Mayfield House, 256 Banbury Road, Summertown, Oxford, OX2 7DE with a cheque made payable to "Carter Jonas" for £200 for a printed copy and £5 for a copy on a USB stick.
