LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited has applied to the Borough of Poole for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as Grasshopper, 139-141 Bournemouth Road, Poole BH14 9HT.
The application is to approve new layout plans of the premises which are in the process of being refurbished and to remove a condition that children under the age of 14 shall not be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours. No changes to licensable activities, permitted hours or to the conditions are proposed.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, The Borough of Poole, Unit 1, Newfields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Pooe BH17 0NF no later than 13th October 2017 The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of The Borough of Poole at the above address (or www.poole.gov.uk).
