(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Farfield and Gordon Place, Kidderminster]
On 26 October 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Kidderminster:-Farfield (east side) from its junction with Gordon Place for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction; from its junction with Gordon Place for a distance of 2.8 metres in a southerly direction. Gordon Place (both sides) from its junction with Farfield for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will varytheabove Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 16 November 2017. AcopyoftheOrder, relevantmap and StatementofReasonsfor making the Order may be inspected atWyre ForestDistrictCouncil, Customer ServiceCentre,Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY101DB,and CountyHall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeksfrom the date on which the Order was made

on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Kidderminster:-: Worcester Street (south west side) from its junction with Marlborough Street for a distance of 14 metres in a north westerly direction; (north east side) from its junction with Prospect Hill for a distance of12.7 metres in anorth westerlydirection. The Order will varytheabove Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2283 Castle Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, U13212 Austcliffe Lane and vice versa.
