(VARIOUS ROADS-SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMITTED PARKING) (VARIATION NO.20) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS GIVEN that on 29 January 2018 Oxfordshire County Council made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 5 February 2018 further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2008. The effect is to extend the Prohibition of Waiting (Double Yellow Lines) in Elms Road as follows:
(1) Western end - on both sides for a short distance to a point 17 metres from the southeast kerb line ofWindmill Road junction;

(2) Eastern end - covering either side of the junction with the new development access road for a total of 33 metres, and on the opposite side for a length of 43 metres.

Authorised by the Transport Committee, the above are reduced lengths from those proposed during consultation.
Documents giving detailed particulars of the order are available for public inspection at County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and at Thame Library, 3 North Street, OX9 3BH, from 9.30am to 5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9am to 7pm on Thursday and from 9.30am to 4.30pm Saturday. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 29 January 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose. (VARIOUS ROADS - WEST OXFORDSHIRE)
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMITTED PARKING)
(VARIATION NO.12) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 January 2018 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order, which comes into force on 5 February 2018 further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - West Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction ofWaiting and Permitted Parking) order 2012.
The effect of the order is to extend No Waiting at Any Time (DYLs-double yellow lines) in the following areas:
Chipping Norton - Walterbush Road, northwest side to extend the existing DYLs so as to cover the area outside Nos. 84a and 84b;
Witney, Book End (off Range Road) to introduce DYLs throughout the cul-de-sac including the Turning Head and all Access Ways.
Woodstock, Brook Hill - to introduce DYLs opposite the junctions with Upper Brook Hill and Union Street; and on the south side, east of Union Street. Detailed copies of the documents to making the order may be inspected at County Hall, Oxford OX1 1ND, between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, at Chipping Norton Library Goddards Lane, OX7 5NP, from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday, 9.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday & Wednesday, 9.30am to 7pm Friday, and Saturday from 9.30am to 4pm at WODC Town Centre Shop, 3 Welch Way, Witney, OX28 6JH, from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm Fridays, and atWoodstock Library, Hensington Road, OX20 1JQ, Monday & Friday 1pm to 7pm, Tuesday & Saturday 9.30am to 1pm, and Wednesday from 9.30am to 5pm.

(VARIATION NO.19) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 January 2018 Oxfordshire County Council made above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 2 February 2018 further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction ofWaiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2008 with the following effect:
(1) The introduction of double yellow lines- No Waiting at Any Time - into the entrance of the two new junctions of Ochre Close off London Road;

(2) Opposite these junctions are single yellow lines - No Waiting 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday to prevent obstructions to access.

Documents giving detailed particulars of the order are available for public inspection at County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and at Wheatley Library, The Merry Bells, High Street, OX33 1XP from 2pm to 7pm Tuesday, 9.30am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm Wednesday, 2pm to 5pm Thursday, 9.30am to 1pm & 2pm to 6pm Friday, and from 9.30am to 1pm Saturday. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 29 January 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
