LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Hall & Woodhouse Ltd has applied to the Borough of Poole for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as: Lord Nelson, The Quay, Poole BH15 1HJ.The application is to extend the terminal hour for live and recorded music by 1 hour each day (i.e. to end at 1 a.m. instead of midnight). No other changes to the licence are proposed. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Environmental and Consumer Protection, Borough of Poole, Unit 1 Newfields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole BH17 0NF no later than 13th June 2018. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Borough of Poole at the above address (or www. poole.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
