I give notice that Agrivert The Stables, Radford, Chipping Norton, OX7 4EB is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development of the erection and use of an open windrow composting facility (permitted by permission P13/S1971/ CM (MW.0076/13)), without complying with condition 1, in order to vary the approved plans and documents to allow for a higher annual waste tonnage throughput at Battle Farm, Benson Lane, Preston Crowmarsh, Wallingford.
