Application to vary a Club Premises Certificate To whom it may concern, take note that I, Ronald Brumfitt, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of RAL Recreation Society, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Building R58, Harwell Campus, Chilton, Didcot, OX11 0QX, and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the licence in respect of The opening hours of the club; the permitted times ofclub activities; the permitted times for the supply of alcohol to members and their guests; inclusion of the garden and adjacent sports field as part of the club premises.
Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 22 August 2018, and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
