THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES TRAFFIC ORDER (PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 1996 SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURE FERN BARROW

The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that from 7.30am to 5pm on Tuesday 28 August 2018 no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along the south side adjacent to the Bus Hub on Fern Barrow from the University Roundabout on Wallisdown Road to Fern Barrow Roundabout. A diversion will be signed via the new Gillett Road Link Road.

This temporary short duration closure is necessary for micro asphalt resurfacing of the carriageway and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said section of road shall be prohibited on the above date.
