Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section l7of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Young & Co.'s Brewery Pic has applied to Merton London Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Dog & Fox,24 High Street,Wimbledon, SWI9 5FA The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: I. Supply of alcohol, live music, recorded music and performance of dance 10.00 - 23.00 Monday to Sunday. 2. Late night refreshment 23.00 - 00.00 Monday to Sunday. 3. Opening 08.00 -00.30.4. To permit the sale of alcohol from 23.00 until 10.00 on Monday to Sunday to residents and guests only for consumption in the bedrooms. 5. New Years Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day for all activities 6. From the first day of play through to the last day of play of the Wimbledon Tennis Fortnight hours to be extended - see application for full details. 7. In the blue hatched area only from 23:00hrs until 2am on the following day on Mondays to Saturdays only when there is a private function by request to the premises licence holder of which a record is kept for a minimum of 2 years and which can be inspected on request by the Metropolitan Police or the Local Authority Licensing Officer. 8.To combine the existing Bayee and Dog & Fox into one licensed premises including existing and new bedrooms. 9. To amend and add conditions to the licence - see application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Merton London Borough Council, I st Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX no later than 21 st November 2018 stating the grounds for represen­tation. The register of Merton London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
