Notice under Section 66, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Proposed development at Brookvale, 8 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QH:
I give notice that application is being made to the Vale of White Horse District Council by Saxonville Limited for planning permission to demolish the existing dwelling and erect 2 No. two-storey dwellinghouses with parking for 4 cars and vehicular access along South Avenue
Any owner of the land* or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to the Head of Planning, Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton, OX14 4SB.
If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of the appeal site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address.
*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
