Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Port Mahon, 82 St Clements Street, Oxford, OX4 1 AW for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to change the premises layout in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing number: 2451-60).The main changes are: Reconfiguration of fixed seating/structures; Reconfiguration/upgrade of toilets; Licensing the external drinking area as shown on the plan.
The application has been discussed and agreed with Local Authority and Police. Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment. Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time.All the other operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered.
