GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION As you approach the property, it is a pleasant surprise to find it being one of only eight houses nestled away on the outskirts of the development with wonderful views over the nature reserve. As you enter into the property you are welcomed with a light and airy entrance hall with cream carpets that flow throughout the home. There are doors to the downstairs cloakroom and lounge diner and immediately to your right are double doors opening into the spacious kitchen that includes integrated appliances such as an oven and gas hob and there is space and plumbing for further domestic appliances. From the kitchen window there are picturesque views over the nature reserve.
