A lovely apartment overlooking the recreation grounds with a lift, parking and a car port, glorious communal gardens and within walking distance of the town centre.

Close to the town centre this luxurious apartment is light, bright and airy with fabulous views across the town to one side and onto the playing fields at the rear.

The apartment is on the second floor, available by lift and staircase, and has a wide lobby both in the entrance and on the landing outside the apartment. Upon entering the apartment there is an inner hallway leading to a wider lobby with a roomy cloaks cupboard and an airing cupboard

housing the modern boiler.

The kitchen is bright with integrated appliances including a brand-new Stoves oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and is large enough to take a breakfast table. The triple aspect sitting room is delightful with plenty of opportunity to watch the world go by.

The principal bedroom is an excellent size and has two built in double wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is also a good-size and opposite this is a shower room.

A remotely controlled gate opens onto a driveway where there is a dedicated carport and really attractive communal gardens. There are also two visitor parking spaces.

Tetbury, often referred to as the entrance to the Cotswolds, and once voted by Country Life magazine as the third most desirable town in the country, is a thriving historic Cotswold market town situated less than half an hour from both the M4 and M5 motorways and within easy reach of Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol and Swindon. There is good access to Kemble Railway Station with regular Intercity services to London and other regional commercial centres.

Tetbury is well known for its royal houses with HRH The Prince of Wales at Highgrove House, and Gatcombe Park the home of The Princess Royal both close by. Tetbury boasts an exciting range of shops including specialist boutiques, city standard delicatessens, the Highgrove Shop and many fine antique shops. The town has an excellent variety of hotels, restaurants, cafes and brasseries offering a mouth watering range of cuisine.

A visit to the Tourist Information Office will provide you with a map of the area showing some of our local attractions including the world famous Westonbirt Arboretum, or the nearby Cotswold Water Park or perhaps the Abbey and Abbey House Gardens in Malmesbury.
