NATWEST has submitted a planning application to gut one of its Oxfordshire branches in a listed building.
The national bank has had to provide detailed plans for how it will clear out the Wallingford branch when it closes it later this year.
However, the submission to South Oxfordshire District Council gives no indication of what might take the space on Wallingford High Street.
Natwest announced on December 1 that it was closing its branches in North Oxford, Kidlington, Chipping Norton, Didcot, Wantage and Wallingford in May or June as part of a massive nationwide program of closures.
