VIEWS are being sought on the future of two 'dilapidated' buildings in popular town parks.

Didcot Town Council is considering what to do with a sports pavilion in Edmonds Park and the changing rooms at Loyd rec and may replace them with new facilities.

But it is first conducting a survey to find out what the surrounding communities wants and whether any local groups would wish to base themselves at the site.

The Council said: "With budgets being tight, any new facilities must be sustainable, meet the needs of the local community and offer value for money."

It wants to hear from individuals, groups or clubs who might be interested in getting involved in using or managing any new facilities.

The new facility could include function rooms, a cafe, new changing rooms or wi-fi.

To complete the survey go to www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Didcot before the April 20 deadline.

Respondents could win a three month membership to Willowbrook Leisure Centre.
