A CONTROVERSIAL plan for flats in Oxford has been deferred, pending a visit from councillors who will take a look at the site themselves.
Residents said they were opposed to any new development in Ramsay Road because of the closeness to their home.
Oxford City Council's East Area planning committee decided to hold the application until they make a visit to see what impact it could have on neighbours at a later date.
