A COUNCIL hopes to strengthen links with its community after moving to a 'fantastic' new base.
Littlemore Parish Council has moved to a new office at The Oxford Academy, from its former base at Littlemore Community Centre in Giles Road.
In this month's Littlemore Local newsletter, council clerk Richard Wilkins wrote: "Over the next 12 months we aim to build more links with schools and groups in the parish.
"Relocating to The Oxford Academy provides us with a great opportunity, with instant links to two schools, the public library and to many groups who use this fantastic facility."
The parish council has also overhauled design and content on its website, accessed via littlemoreparishcouncil.gov.uk.
