NOEL Blatchford won vet 70 gold in the 3,000m race walk as Abingdon enjoyed a successful British Masters Championships in Birmingham.
Duncan Talbot took silver in the vet 60 high jump, while Carole Muir set a personal best for second in the vet 40 pole vault.
Roz McKenzie (vet 50 3,000m walk) and Pete Stepney (vet 50 400m hurdles) won bronze.
Abingdon also shone at the Headington 5, with their men’s and ladies’ teams finishing first.
