SINGERS took to the platforms of Didcot Parkway station to entertain crowds of commuters.
Musicians from Oxfordshire charity Soundabout, which runs sessions for children with learning disabilities, were joined by the Jericho Singers.
Performing a live jam session on platforms four and five, the event was one of many hosted by Great Western Railway across its network as part of BBC Music Day on Friday September, 28.
Clare Cook from Soundabout, said it was 'absolutely brilliant and extremely heartening' to see the initiative celebrate the power of music.
Claire King, GWR station manager for Didcot Parkway, said: “We’re thrilled to open up our stations to local talent and give people a platform to perform as part of BBC Music Day.
"We always look for new and engaging ways to support the communities we serve, so it’s great to be part of something helping to bring people together through music.”
