POLICE in southern Oxfordshire say they have made arrests for hare coursing.
The arrests, in Wantage and Faringdon, were made at lunchtime yesterday.
Two dogs and one car have been seized, according to police, but no further details had been released last night.
Various incidents involving hare coursers were recorded this summer in the same area.
One involved suspected hare coursers driving at PCSOs in South Stoke in late July.
The following day, another car was reported to be driving erratically around Nettlebed and suspected of hare coursing.
It crashed and officers seized the vehicle.
Two further incidents occurred in August.
