OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

CHRISTIAN WILCOX, 42, of Grove Road, Grove, was convicted of driving above the legal alcohol limit on May 8 in East Hanney. Had 118 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £960 and his driving licence was disqualified from driving for 52 months.

CRESSIDA MARCUS, 49, of John Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on March 31. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

EMMANUEL WANGO, 35, of New Road, East Hagbourne, admitted driving without third party insurance on April 25 in New Road, Oxford. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

LESLIE HUNTER, 46, of Queen Elizabeth Close, Didcot, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on the A34 Abingdon on March 4. She was fined £176 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DAVID RIMMER, 34, of Edward Street, Banbury, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on March 16 in Lockheed Close, Banbury. He was fined £666 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

SANDRA BASHFORD, 52, of Scholars Acre, Carterton, was convicted of driving above the legal alcohol limit on May 31 in Carterton. Had 102 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £460 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £620 and she was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

GARY MITCHELL, 28, of Heyford Close, Standlake, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to keep in touch with a new address. He was fined £25 and must pay court costs of £75 and was ordered to continue.

SCOTT HADLOW, 38, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or violence on July 12 in Cornmarket Street, Oxford as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

JENELLE SAMUELS, 38, of Crouch Hill Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to a car, a front door, door step and window frame at and failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Hardwick Park, Banbury, on September 10. He was fined a total of £420 and must pay compensation totalling £250 and a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

OLIVIA BENYON, 71, of Church Street, Bladon, was convicted of speeding by driving at 35 mph in a 30 mph area in Rose Hill, Oxford, on February 8. She was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

GILLIAN JOCKEL, 38, of Great Milton, Oxfordshire, was convicted of speeding by driving at 46 mph in a 40 mph area in Bicester on February 24. He was fined £224 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANDREW BARRY, 36, of Brandon Close, Kidlington, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 8 in Kidlington. Had 100 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

CAMERON WILKINS, 22, of Reedmace Road, Bicester, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on August 22 in Bicester. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £20.

ROBERT WHITE, 36, of Swallow Close, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with and attend supervision and keep in touch days. He was fined £100 and ordered to continue.

JAMES ALDERTON, 41, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing Nike trainers and sports socks valued at £41 from Sports Direct, Banbury, on August 31 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined a total of £130 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

TEEJAY JEACOCK, 31, of Beaconsfield Road, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 8 in Woodstock. Had 98 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He also admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay a fine of £300, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

BRADLEY JONES, 26, of New Road, Chipping Norton, admitted driving while disqualified on February 18 in Chipping Norton as well as driving without a seat belt and without third party insurance. He was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and unpaid work for 150 hours. He must also pay a fine of £300, victim surcharge of £115 and and court costs of £775 and was disqualified from driving for 15 months.
