OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

DANIEL EASTWOOD, 32, of Isis Close, Long Hanborough, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on June 22. He was fined £330 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £300. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KEVIN SANDWELL, 39, of Lyndene Road, Didcot, admitted five counts of assaulting a woman at Cotswold Park, Didcot, on August 2, 3, 5 and 7, and one of causing criminal damage. He was jailed for a total of 18 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £170.

RYAN COLE, 21, of St Marys Way, Wantage, admitted drink-driving at Shellingford near Faringdon on June 16. Had 176mcg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £280 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

ELLIE MCNALLY, 26, of Mezereon Spur, Harwell, admitted drink-driving in Didcot on August 31 as well as driving without insurance or a licence. Had 93mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay a fine of £120, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £50. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

JOSHUA WRIGHT, 27, of Thames View, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Dorchester-on-Thames near Wallingford on July 14. Had 251mcg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £1,500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £150 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

MARK PINNELL, 44, of Worcester Drive, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Abingdon on July 22. Had 104mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. He was made subject to a community order to include an electronically monitored curfew and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

KEVIN GATHONI, 31, of Rooks End, Wantage, admitted drink-driving on the A34 at Oxford on September 2. Had 72mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £345 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

JANET MILLIKIN, 62, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted assault and two counts of criminal damage to property on August 9 and 10 at Abingdon. She must pay compensation totalling £75.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

MICHAEL ORMOND, 33, of West Street, Banbury, admitted stealing stealing scratchcards valued at £5,180 from his employer at Midcounties Cooperative Society, Banbury, between November 30 last year and January 4. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85

PAUL CHIVERS, 43, of Butterbur Gardens, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance at Kidlington on June 8. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

HELEN DEARING, 35, of Wychwood Drive, Milton-Under-Wychwood, was convicted of speeding by driving 55 mph in a 30 mph area at Burford Road, Chipping Norton, on February 7. She was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JEREMY HALL, 56, of Little Court, Grove, admitted speeding by driving 80 mph in a 50 mph area at the A339 Sandleford Link, Newbury on April 18. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PHILIP NICHOLLS, 62, of Langdale Road, Thame, admitted speeding by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area at Oxford Road, Tiddington on January 30. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

STEPHEN PHILLIPS, 50, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, admitted speeding by driving 90 mph in a 70 mph area at the A34, Firgo, on December 4. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85

STEVEN GUNNINGHAM, 37, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence on September 12 at Middleton Road, Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

HELEN TUYLL, 39, of Port Way, Kirtlington, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester, on September 16. Had 69 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £923 and must pay a victim surcharge of £92 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

SAFINA BRIGGS, 39, of Barratts Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted driving without third party insurance and a driving licence on May 26 at Didcot. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER NEAL, 43, of Causeway, Banbury, admitted making 393 category C indecent images of children between March 2 2016 and December 7 2017 at Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and unpaid work for 40 hours. He was also made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years and must pay a victim surcharge of £60.
