ANDREW PAUL WARDEN, 52, of Fir Tree Avenue, Wallingford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Wychwood, North Moreton, on August 8. Community order made and he must carry out 200 hours or unpaid work. Must pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £350 court costs.

PETER KARIUKI, 25, of HM Prison Bullingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 24. Jailed for 14 days.

EMMA PREECE, 47, of Laburnum Grove, Didcot, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Laburnum Grove, Didcot, on August 3. Fined £270, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200.

FRANK HOLLYWELL, 26, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulating words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on September 6. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

CALLUM OCHIELA, 24, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a knife blade in a public place in Cowley Road, Oxford, on October 18. Sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for 18 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT KNIGHT, 32, of Orchard Close, Chipping Norton, admitted two counts of assaulting a woman at Chipping Norton on October 6 and August 15. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme for 30 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ADRIAN POPA, 27, of Tudor House, Abingdon, admitted used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on May 5 at Banbury. He was fined £480 and must pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85 NUNO VASQUAS, 40, of Morris Close, Chipping Norton, admitted assaulting a woman at October 13 at Carterton. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CHARLIE BRAGGINS, 19, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted possessing a knife with a locking blade measuring 9cm in length on October 7 at Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CHAD MARSHAL, 22, of Clapcot Way, Wallingford, admitted obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty in Clapcot Way, Wallingford, on October 6. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JASON GORDON TAMPIN, 37, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress in Abbey Close, Abingdon, on October 16. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay £50 compensation.

MICHAEL YARDLEY, 29, of Rutten Lane, Yarnton, admitted possessing an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster, and possessing cannabis in Beaumont Street, Oxford, on August 28. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD PRESTON, 39, of Herald Gardens, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him and causing criminal damage to a window pane in Brasenose College, Oxford, on October 1. Fined £50, must compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
