CONCERNS are growing for a woman who went missing from Oxford more than two days ago. 

Thames Valley Police is trying to trace 33-year-old Florence Waters, who was last seen at a property in East Street in Osney at about 9am on Monday.

Investigating officer, Inspector Mark Brock, of Oxford station, said: "We are growing concerned for Florence’s welfare as she has not been seen since Monday.

"If you see someone you believe to be Florence then please get in touch with police straight away.

"Florence, if you see this appeal, please get in touch with us as we are concerned for your safety."

The missing woman is described as white with brown shoulder-length hair, and is about 5ft 8ins tall.

She wears glasses and was last seen dressed in a long green coat, similar to the one pictured.

She is known to frequent Jericho and the area near Hythe Bridge Street in the city centre, and Wytham Woods near Oxford. 

Police have asked for any potential sightings to be reported to police immediately by calling 101, referencing number 43180354412.
