PLUMMETING temperatures in West Oxfordshire have prompted a flurry of unseasonal snowfall.
Heavy snow fell in Chipping Norton this morning, with other areas nearby also reporting seeing the white stuff overnight.
The snowfall does not appear to have settled, however, and it is forecast to turn to rain by midday.

Oxford Mail readers have also reported seeing snow fall in Witney, and in Lyford near Wantage.
