OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

JAMES CARTHY, 29, of Margaret Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on January 18 at Titup Hall Drive, Oxford as well as driving while disqualified, without insurance and failing to stop when required. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include a three-month curfew and rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. He must also pay a fine of £633 as well as a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £750 and was disqualified from driving for 35 months.

MICHAEL BOULTON, 31, of Brize Norton Road, Carterton, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 70 mph in a 70 mph area on the A34 on May 12. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

JEFFREY HOWLETT, 69, of Avocet Way, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on July 14 at Banbury. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

WIESLAW BOLOZ, 42, of Fane Drive, Wallingford, was convicted of driving without due care and attention at Sandford on Thames on March 29. He was fined £173 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

REUBEN CLEMENTS, 55, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, was convicted of being the driver of a vehicle and failing to stop after a road accident on April 29 at Kennington as well as failing to report an accident. He was fined £321 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STEPHEN EDWARDS, 49, of Early Road, Witney, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on July 21 at Long Hanborough, Witney. He was fined £323 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

VICTORIA HILLIAM, 34, of Fuller Way, Steventon, admitted failing to notify the department for work and pensions of a change of circumstances which would affect entitlement to disability living allowance between September 4 2013 and March 15 2016. She was made subject to a community order to include a four-week electronic curfew and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

SAMUEL CHILDS, 29, of Turberville Close, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman at Berry Croft, Abingdon on October 20 as well as breaching a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement six months, an electronic curfew for one month and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. He was also fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

Cheyenne WEBB, 24, of Marjoram Close, Oxford, admitted possession of an offensive weapon - an ASP police style baton as well as driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on October 24 at Abingdon. He was jailed for a total of four months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and was disqualified from driving for three years.

KOJO RITCHIE, 31, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit at Littlemore, Oxford, on July 26. Had 98 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was jailed for 14 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

MOHAMED BOULAABI, 38, of Southam Road, Banbury, admitted damaging a bird cage and a letter box valued at £100 and a letter box valued at £50 at Banbury on July 4 as well as breaching a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was fined at total of £150 and must pay compensation totalling £100.

STEPHEN JELFS, 34, of Waterloo Drive, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 23 at Barford Road, Bloxham as well as being in breach of a previously imposed suspended sentence. Had 134 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and was disqualified from driving for 49 months.

TERANCE MITCHELL, 28, of Manzel Road, Caversfield, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on May 16 at Ashdene Road, Bicester. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
