OXFORD

SAMUEL BENTLEY, 21, of Long Lane, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on the railway at Oxford without having paid the fare. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £11.30, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

ALEXANDER CLIFTON, 20, of The Glebe, Hook Norton, was convicted of failing to hand over a ticket for inspection while on the railway at Oxford on April 22. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £14.50 and court costs of £160.

DOMINIK DE SOUZA, 33, of Wellington Square, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare at Oxford on April 3. Fined £440, must pay compensation of £32.60, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

CHELSEA DICKSON, 22, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare at Oxford on April 9. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £6.50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

JOSHUA KINGSBURY, 20, of Elderway, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare at Oxford on April 11. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £11.30, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

MARTIN LAHE, 39, of Glebe Road, Didcot, admitted failing to notify a local authority about two undeclared bank accounts which he knew would affect his entitlement to a reduction in council tax. Fined £500, must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £585.

NAHOM SAHLE, 20, of Clive Road, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare at Oxford on April 9. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £30 and courts costs of £160.

PETER WALLINGTON, 25, of Mendip Heights, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare at Didcot Parkway on May 1. Fined £220, must pay £4.40 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

JENNER NAYSMITH, 26, of Hollow Road, Lower Tadmarton, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on the B4035 at Banbury on July 24. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

PAUL JOHN ROSE, 36, of Wensum Drive, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Manor Road, Oxford, on June 17. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MICHAEL JOHN TEALL, 28, of Cosford Gardens, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Langford Gardens, Bicester, on July 20. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

STEPHEN FONTAINE, 51, of Milton Road, Cowley, admitted speeding at 58mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 at Bicester on February 24. Fined £150, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

BANBURY

MATTHEW BLOOM, 22, of Cope Road, Banbury, admitted two counts of assaulting two men, one of assaulting a police officer and another of damaging a glass door valued at £130 on July 8 at Banbury. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include an overnight curfew for eight weeks and rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. He must also pay compensation of £280.

RUBEN LOPES, 21, of Mascord Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to a door and assaulting a woman on October 27 at Banbury. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JORDAN MOORE, 22, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of supervision by failing to attend unpaid work on September 4 and 11. He was jailed for seven days.

JOHN DORAN, 39, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, assaulting a woman at Witney on October 21. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for seven days and unpaid work for 100 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ATHENA KEENE, 28, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, was convicted of causing unnecessary suffering to a dog called Lola between April 20 and 26 in Banbury by failing to ensure the dog had veterinary care for a broken leg. She was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300 and was disqualified from having a dog for eight years.

MOHAMED BOULAABI, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment alarm or distress at Southam Road, Banbury on October 30 as well as breaching a conditional discharge. He was fined a total of £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

CHARLENE CHAPMAN, 30, of Lynmouth Road, Didcot, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 26 at Ducklington Road, Witney. Had 65 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £369 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85 and was disqualfied from driving for 18 months.

LOGAN PEACHEY, 18, of Meadow Way, Kingham, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 27 at Chipping Norton. Had 44 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

TYRESE YEARWOOD, 18, of West Street, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on June 30 and October 20. He was fined £50.
