Temporary traffic lights caused long delays for drivers this morning on the A420.
Queues backed up past Faringdon as you head towards Oxford.
Reports suggest delays of around 30 minutes for drivers in the morning rush hour.
Oxfordshire County Council has said it is thought to be down to a problem with the temporary traffic lights being used by Thames Water close to Buckland.
