BANBURY

RAZVAN SPIRIDON, 23, of Fairfax Close, Banbury, admitted using a vehicle without insurance and driving without a licence on October 20 at Middleton Road, Banbury. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for three years.

SORREL CANNON, 23, of Ribston Close, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man at Banbury on April 7 and racially aggravated common assault. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation totalling £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £310.

NEIL MANLEY, 27, of Southam Road, Banbury, admitted two counts of assaulting one man and one woman at Banbury on November 11. He was made subject to a community order to include 30 days participation in the building better relationships programme and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He was also fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

REECE CHOUDRY, 21, of Warbler Walk, Oxford, was convicted of speeding in a 70mph zone on the A33 Reading on July 29. He was fined £632 and must pay a victim surcharge of £63 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 49 days.

JOSHUA HAMER, 25, of Whittingham Crescent, Wantage, admitted speeding in a 70mph zone on the M4 at Thatcham, Berkshire, on August 5. He was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALLEN OKWABI, 35, of Windrush, Banbury, was convicted of speeding in a 30mph zone and driving without third party insurance at Langford Lane, Kidlington, on June 14. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CARLO VACONDIO, 24, of Denton Close, Botley, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on February 4 and speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph area at Banbury Road, Oxford, on March 14. He was fined £143 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points for each offence.

JAMES DAVIES, 53, of Fulwell Close, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on November 3 at Banbury Police Station. He was made subject to a community order to include 300 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

FLEMMING MUNCK, 55, of Wise Close, Bodicote, was convicted of speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury, on April 4. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

GARY MURPHY, 48, of Glovers Walk, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between June 29 and July 27. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

CLAUDIUS NDORO, 35, of Alfredston Place, Wantage, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between May 23 and June 20. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

WILLIAM SILVA, 41, of Mickle Way, Forest Hill, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone on the B4027 at Stanton St John on April 6. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 anc court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

ALEXANDER INNOCENTI, 19, of Shipton Road, Woodstock, admitted drug-driving on the B4027 from Bletchingdon towards Islip on August 4. Had a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood exceeding the prescribed limit. Also admitted possessing cannabis on August 4. Fined £100, a community order was made and he must complete 60 hours of unpaid work in 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

KEIR FREYA MCDOWELL, 19, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Didcot on April 6. A community order was made and he must carry out 80 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay £75 compensation, a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JAMIE MICHAEL WALKER, 29, of Unipart House, Cowley, admitted causing criminal damage to two wing mirrors and two wiper blades worth £545 in Abingdon on May 20. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay £545 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JASON EL-ISSA, 31, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis in Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 5. Fined £30, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

ASMARUN BIBI, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, admitted failing to ensure her child was regularly attending school between February 2 and March 1. Fined £66, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £176.

FOZLU MIAH, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, admitted failing to ensure his child was regularly attending school between February 2 and March 1. Fined £199, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £176.
